Online Data Mining
Automatic Knowledge Miner is an online data mining engine powered by the world renowned WEKA machine learning software (click here for a full list of system features). AKM accepts data sets in CSV (comma separated values) format and applies data mining algorithms for classification or regression to them. AKM can evaluate learning schemes on the training data or on a separate test set that you supply. AKM can perform a learning curves, error plots, ROC curves, scatter plots and much more. All this information is presented in an attractive PDF report (click here for free example reports generated on benchmark data sets) for you to download and peruse at your leasure. You also get an archive containing the LaTeX source and figures, so that you can customize the report if you wish! Summary performance tables are available free of charge. Full reports can be purchased for USD $3.00 by credit card. All payments for Auknomi.com are processed by PayPal - a third party, secure, safe online processing e-merchant Bank using high standard encryption technology for your safety (PayPal gives USD $5.00 credit for free to new customers). After producing a report AKM automatically deletes the source data from our site; the report stays on the server for two weeks (to allow you to download it) before it gets automatically deleted. Why is there a client program rather than just a web interface you ask? The main advantage of the client is that it can perform some simple data checking (consistent number of values for each row of data) and allows you to check types before you upload your data to the server. It also compresses the data. This saves you time and money as you can fix potential errors in the data before uploading. Once you've downloaded and started the client, just follow the simple "wizard" style steps for configuring a data mining request. The client comes preset with default settings which give good performance in most situations. There are also "advanced" options if you wish to tweak settings. See the page on data preparation and CSV format for information on preparing data for AKM. When you submit your request to the server you will be provided with an alpha-numeric request ID number. MAKE A NOTE OF THIS NUMBER, as you will need it in order to check on progress and access the completed report. Once the server is processing your request you can check on its progress by entering your request ID number into the box on the top right of this page. Click here to see an example progress report. After the server has finished processing your request entering your request ID into the box on the top right will take you to a page where you can view summary performance tables and purchase the full report (click here to see an example). You will be informed of any errors that might have occured during processing. |
